With more than ten years of experience within PR, Kevin’s role is typically split between developing campaign strategies and running a handful of the agency’s larger accounts while also being responsible for the wider business including; growing the agency’s portfolio of clients, recruitment and team management.
When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys travelling and exploring new places, histories and cultures.
Emily joined Jargon PR in 2019, after working for a broadcast-tech PR agency. She is responsible for managing a growing client portfolio, where she oversees and manages the strategic direction, outcomes and team performance. Emily also supports the agency’s growth objectives by heading up Jargon PR’s upselling division and working with the wider team to develop the agency’s new business pipeline.
When she’s not working, Emily enjoys travelling, long pub lunches and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Milo.
Amanda joined Jargon in May 2022 with a remit to develop Jargon PR’s crisis management capabilities. A former Fleet Street journalist with over 22 years’ experience, Amanda provides on-the-ground leadership, support and senior expertise to help organisations minimise reputational damage.
Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and taking their lively English springer spaniel on country walks. Her eldest daughter is a Team GB junior modern pentathlete and Amanda enjoys travelling all over the world supporting her daughter at competitions.
Sue joined Jargon PR in June 2021 following the acquisition of her own agency, Souter PR which gave Jargon PR a presence in Manchester and the North of England. Sue brings 30+ years PR experience to the role and leads a portfolio of accounts, including global automotive software services giant Solera, US cyber business Threatlocker, conferencing brand DTX Europe and turnaround specialists Leonard Curtis. Sue works with a fast-growing team at MediaCity and supports recruitment, marketing and business development efforts to help grow the company. A former journalist she still gets a buzz out of seeing a great piece of coverage landed!
When she’s not at her desk, Sue enjoys travelling with Roger, her husband of 35 years and is usually to be found in a vineyard sampling the produce! She is also a keen golfer, voracious reader and loves having a laugh with her two grown-up daughters, Molly and Lauren.
Ben joined Jargon PR in 2018 as a Junior Account Executive after graduating from Cardiff University. Ben’s primary role focuses on managing and planning day-to-day activity on accounts, as well as proofing, writing and pitching content. He also plays a role in wider agency activity, and is active across new business, recruitment and team training.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys watching football and basketball, and being terrorised by his cat, Kobe.
Julia joined Jargon PR as an Account Manager following the company’s acquisition of her employer Vantage PR in 2020. Her main focus is managing accounts, devising PR plans for the months ahead, proofreading, writing content and finding the best ways to showcase our clients as leaders in their fields. Alongside her client work, Julia supports the company’s wider new business efforts and heads up the agency’s new Cardiff office.
Julia prides herself on being extremely well organised and is always up for a challenge. When she isn’t writing, Julia loves to travel, likes reading and also enjoys a wide-range of podcasts.
Since joining Jargon PR in 2020, Megan has worked with a wide variety of clients in verticals across the tech industry, from small startups and SMEs to global corporations. Megan plays a key role in the strategic direction of her client’s campaigns, as well as supporting day-to-day activity with strong media knowledge and copywriting skills.
Outside of work, Megan can usually be found with a good book in hand and her cat Luna on her lap.
Emily joined Jargon PR in 2023 following the company’s acquisition of XL Communications. Emily’s core responsibilities involve heading up the day-to-day PR activities for B2B and consumer tech clients, including organising launch campaigns, pitching, and copywriting. She also supports the team with social media planning and drafting.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys watching sports, playing tennis, and trying new foods from around the World.
Gareth joined Jargon PR in 2022 – drawing on his years of experience in journalism, copywriting and marketing to pursue a new full-time career in the world of PR. Coming from a writing background, Gareth focuses on helping a wide variety of clients create compelling content that captures the imagination. He works at Jargon PR’s office in Manchester – having originally moved to the city from North Wales in 2010.
Gareth spends his spare time reading, writing and attending football matches having been a long-suffering Wrexham fan since the turn of the millennium.
Dan is a seasoned PR professional with strong relationships within national, technology and trade media. Dan has extensive experience in B2C PR working with brands including Marshall, Master Lock, Nanoleaf, and Western Digital. He brings creative flair and a focus on excellent execution to the team.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys reading, writing, and socialising. He hopes to eventually find time to improve his golf handicap.
Daniel joined Jargon PR’s Cardiff team in 2022 after a previous role working in a B2B technology PR agency, where he worked with clients ranging from startups to leading global
players. At Jargon, he works with a wide range of clients; operating in the
marketing technology, networking and data centre sectors. Daniel works to ensure that
Jargon’s clients can achieve coverage in the publications that matter to them and their target
audiences, raising their reputations while building trust.
Outside of work, you can find Daniel playing the drums, cooking or walking in the Gower
countryside.
Mohit joined Jargon PR in 2021 and is responsible for handling media relations of a range of B2B clients across different sectors including Technology, Automotive, Energy, Construction, Education etc. From content drafting (e.g. press releases, articles, blogs) through media outreach to social media, Mohit plays a key role in helping clients gain media traction.
Outside his work, Mohit loves to travel and swim. Mohit is fond of photography and can be found doing a fantastic photoshoot.
Alex joined Jargon PR in March 2022. Alex works on a wide variety of topics, covering all aspects of B2B Tech from retail to the channel. His role primarily involves pitching to the media and writing a range of different articles including thought leaderships, blog and press releases for his clients.
Outside of work, Alex is a huge football fan who loves to play on the weekend for his local team. He is also a darts fan and watches the sport whenever he can.
Saskia joined Jargon PR in 2022 as a Junior Account Executive based in Manchester. She is responsible for handling a range of tasks, reporting and keeping in contact with clients on an ongoing basis. She is also responsible for coordinating communications within the team to make sure everyone is kept up-to-date.
When she’s not working, Saskia enjoys reading books, watching TV and spending quality time with her family. She has also developed an interest in hiking and takes regular walking trips with her sister and brother-in-law.
Adam, joined Jargon PR in 2022 after successfully completing an MA course in PR and Communications. He works with a wide range of clients; covering the IT channel, RFID technology, retail and risk technology markets. From pitching and media outreach to proactive content creation, Adam works to ensure clients are achieving the media presence they deserve.
Outside of work, you can find Adam on the peaks of a mountain range, on the sports field or relaxing by reading a great book!
James joined Jargon PR in 2022 as a Junior Account Executive after graduating from the
University of Reading. James is in his element when it comes to blogging, social media
management and building communities. His role primarily involves drafting a vast range of
articles for his clients, pitching stories to the media and expanding his knowledge of the PR
industry.
Outside of work, James loves learning about mythology and different cultures, developing
his personal brand on LinkedIn and having a laugh in pub quizzes.
Emily joined Jargon PR in November 2022 at the newly opened Cardiff Office after
graduating from her studies. Emily is responsible for handling a range of tasks in her B2B
client portfolio and works across different industries including Technology, Retail, Channel
and IT.
Outside of work, Emily is an avid gamer, reader, and foodie. She can often be found at local
music venues supporting her partner and friends’ musical projects.
Claire joined Jargon PR in 2018 and is often described as the beating heart of the agency. As Office Manager, Claire plays a central role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while also supporting the team across a broad range of tasks including events planning, travel organisation and general admin assistance and advice. Claire is also JargonPR’s Mental Health First Aider,
When she is not working, Claire is a keen reader and loves gardening. A social butterfly, Claire enjoys spending time with her close friends and family.
Jen joined Jargon PR 10 years ago and as one of the longest standing team members at the agency has seen the organisation grow and develop around her. Originally Jen joined on the PR side of the agency, but latterly decided on a career shift and switched to the role of the agency’s Bookkeeper. Her experience across the business gives her a unique perspective and understanding which helps her and Jargon PR more widely.
Miranda joined Jargon PR in May 2022 as the company’s first Head of Talent as her latest role in a long career in communications and latterly HR. Miranda has a broad range of responsibilities within the Jargon Group, including leading the agency’s recruitment initiatives and ensuring strict wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives are in place.
When she’s away from work, Miranda enjoys travelling and walks in the Surrey Hills with her three grown-up children and her partner, Darryl. Miranda has also recently taken up paddle boarding.
