Jargon PR retains PRCA communications management standard
We are thrilled that Jargon PR has successfully retained its accreditation for the PRCA Communications Management Standard – the hallmark of PR excellence for the second year running.
Combining elements of ISO 9001 and Investors in People with criteria specific to PR and communications consultancies, the accreditation process explores nine key business disciplines that a company must demonstrate and provide evidence of.
In order to achieve the accreditation, the PRCA audits a company’s efforts and commitments towards: leadership and communication, business planning, business improvement, financial management and systems, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business, people management and diversity.
We are extremely proud as a business to place our team at the centre of our values with commitment to staff development, equality and diversity. What’s more, the accreditation demonstrates our dedication towards providing the best possible client service.
Kevin Winfield, Associate Director of Jargon PR, commented on the news, “We are delighted to have received the PRCA Communications Management Standard accreditation once more. This is primarily thanks to the great support of our excellent team and incredible clients.
“People management and diversity have been an important priority in the past twelve months and we have driven wellbeing initiatives such as PR support clinics for all team members. Partnerships with the likes of the Taylor Bennett Foundation has also ensured that we can streamline our diversity and inclusion initiatives.”
Carol Magill, CMS Assessor at PRCA said, “This is Jargon’s second year of CMS and it is clear the agency is working towards a consistently high standard. The information on business development was strategic, comprehensive and focused. This demonstrated that Jargon knows where and how the new business comes from, and is focused on actively pursuing opportunities.”
This accreditation comes at a great time for Jargon PR. We have recently expanded into Dubai to serve the UAE’s growing technology market and have welcomed a number of new team members. This accreditation is the highlight of the twelve months hard work.
