Jargon go Zorbing!

Summer has arrived…supposedly, and a summer party isn’t complete without a few outdoor activities and at least one person embarrassing themselves in the process.
The London team were at the Hampshire office and despite the heavy downfall of rain in the morning, the team were ready and raring to go for an afternoon of fun-packed activities.
On Thursday 29th June Jargon PR headed down to De Vere Wokefield Estate in Berkshire to undertake some thrilling outdoor activities.
The main event of the day was zorbing, observing everyone’s different tactics in an attempt to actually enter the big ball of air was amusing to say the least. Once everyone had gotten the hang of it it was time for the all important races, and surprisingly everyone was pretty good!
Next on the list of activities was power-fanning, now the name can be quite deceiving. Essentially, you climb up a big pole and then you jump back off it (obviously whilst attached to a harness and wearing an incredibly flattering helmet.) Whilst this was not for everyone the majority of the team gave it a go, check out our twitter @jargonpr to see a video of our MD Simon showing how it’s done.
However, the ‘friendly’ competition did not stop at the zorb races! Somehow, we ended up partaking in a relay race where the team were split into two…it was sports day all over again.
The Jargon PR team later headed down to The Frog and Wicket for some delicious food and beverages, it was great to see everyone having a fun time and bonding.
