Jargon PR Launch OpenCo In London
Jargon PR were excited to support OpenCo, in it’s first European incarnation last week.
OpenCo, which was started in San Francisco by Wired Magazine co-founder John Battelle, is a mix between a business conference and artist’s open studio with the vibe of a music festival. It offers a unique insight into the inner workings of some of the world’s most exciting companies.
Nearly 1000 people attended 55 sessions across London, as some of the Capital’s most innovative companies offered a unique insight into their inner most workings. Google Campus, Mind Candy, Spotify, Songkick, Wayra, Mubaloo, RadiumOne, YouTube, Method, LivingSocial, The Bakery, WIRED, Love Home Swap, Erlang Solutions, Work Shop, Graffiti Life and Protein are just a few of the names on the rosta.
The team here at Jargon supported the organisers at Mind Candy, The Bakery, Love Home Swap, Spotify, Moobaloo, Google Campus and Wayra. Jargon PR supported OpenCo London across the national, technology, business and marketing press leading up to and throughout the festival.
Hamish Kinniburg, a founder of OpenCo London, said: “As we launch OpenCo in the UK it’s exciting to be working with companies that share our passions for business and innovation. Jargon PR’s experience working in, and genuine enthusiasm for, the start-up and technology markets in the UK made working with them an easy choice.”
